C hris Germana is a BMW factory trained technician with over 15 years experience working on literally hundreds of BMW “M” cars, including the E46 M3. 
Chris has worked for some of the largest BMW dealerships in the United States and Canada in both technician and management roles. Today, Chris is founder and president of Motor Werke Inc. in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada an independent repair facility with technicians specializing in BMW, Porsche, Mercedes and Audi with many E46 M3 customers.
If there’s a repair or common modification on any component or system of the E46 M3, Chris has either seen it or done it.
Brooks Van Norman is a motorsport enthusiast with over 15 years technology sales and marketing expertise. 
Brooks has worked in both large and small technology companies in sales and marketing roles. He is founder of Brooksfield Technologies Inc., a privately held management and market development consulting firm specializing in the design, implementation and management of internet businesses.
Brooks currently drives a 2001 BMW M car.
